Welcome to the website of LA TRUITE Stavelot-Malmedy.

Located in the heart of the Ardennes and at the limit of the High Fens, LA TRUITE STAVELOT-MALMEDY offers you 52 km of varied courses on the Amblève, the Eau Rouge, the Warche, the Warchenne and the Rechterbach in a natural and quiet setting.
Moreover, it is also possible to come to tease white fish and carnivorous on the site of the ponds just a step from the center of Stavelot. Convivial and dynamic, our association is mainly focused on sport fishing and the respect of fish populations.
To this end, various membership cards are offered, including an annual no-kill fly and lure card. Young people are of course not forgotten with promotions according to age:

for children under 8 years old during the year, free access to the ponds when accompanied;
for children up to 15 years old during the year, an annual “junior” card at 25 euros which gives them the right to fish both on the rivers and in the ponds;
for a second child from the same household, the annual card is reduced to 15 euros;
and finally, the organization of training days: Saturday May 06 in the town of Malmedy (trout fishing in ponds and rivers), Saturday August 26 in the town of Stavelot (strike fishing, feeder fishing in ponds and trout fishing in rivers) and Saturday November 18 (pike fishing in ponds).

You will find on all our river courses : grayling, minnows, chub, barbel, loach, sometimes pike and mainly fario and rainbow trout (regular spills of trout and troutelle).
In the ponds, pikes, perches, carps, tench, breams, rotengles and roaches are mixed with the rainbow trouts given during the fishing days and competitions.
